Scan the Entire Internet in 45 Minuets

A team of computer scientists at the University of Michigan have developed a program that is capable of scanning the entire IPv4 address space in 45 minuets(if you have a fast connection).  The tool is called Zmap and has been released for public consumption.

Zmap is available on GitHub at: https://github.com/zmap/zmap/archive/v1.0.2.tar.gz

Zmap research paper is available from the Protocol 46 archives or online at: https://zmap.io/paper.html

The research team’s slides from the 2013 Usenix security conference is available from the Protocol 46 archives or online at: https://zmap.io/zmap-talk-sec13.pdf
